Foot Long Enchilada

If only we were as diligent at posting as we are with eating!

Due to a slight lunch misadventure we ended up at Mariano's Hacienda for lunch. I didn't want wings anyway. This tex mex place turned out to be pretty tasty and baldo discovered that they had the Foot Long Enchilada. He didn't eat very much of it. He doesn't typically eat all his food though, at least from what i've seen. Next time it will be me ordering the Foot Long Enchilada, with pictures too!

From the guide live article it says they are affiliated with La Hacienda in Frisco or something. I didn't like La Hacienda, this place is much better.
